First I was say tvs brand this brand launch lot of motorcycle but not one vehicle fulfil customer satisfaction except tvs50, because tvs vehicle engine not performed like yamaha and Honda. most of the tvs vehicle engine failure in three years this is main draw back of tvs. this problem was solved it will be peak in Indian market and tvs service centre very worst of the participant in service. my own scooty streak was give to service centre for oil top up but it not changed oil and get the money for oil changed and general service. then my vehicle engine get nosied so I was give to the vehicle to local mechanic for this issue. he said engine got jam because of oil level low.am realise what service center actually do customer vehicle in that time totally loss trust tvs brand and service centre.i want to say one think to tvs first u will fullfil customer satsication after u start to manufacturing new vehicle.
