They have changed everything here.. Starting from the ambience to ticket booking to loo facilities to customer service. They charge Rs. 10 for two wheeler parking but I dont complain. It is worth it. Not only because the bikes are safe, but because they have used the money in way that s beneficial to cine-goers. It is a nice experience to watch movies at the Satyam Cineplex.
Let me start with the ticketing. They give you computerized tickets and therefore no black tickets. Counters are open from 9 am to 10 pm. They provide door delivery of tickets charging extra Rs. 10 per ticket. The seating is of your choice most of the times. However, I do agree that the rates are a bit expensive.
The theater is very clean inside. The cleaning crew cleans up the left overs and pepsi cups after every show. The air conditioning system is very good. (unlike other cinemas there they switch off the AC during half time). The sound system is very clear and you can hear even the smallest of the sound.
The food in the cinema cafeteria is very expensive. I would not recommend anyone buying goodies from this place. However, the coffee is very good for Rs. 10.
The toilets are very clean with lots of water.
The parking place is huge and can accommodate a hoard of bikes and cars.
I would compare this with cinemas like Devi and Woodlands who have not taken any efforts to enrich user experience. They might wanna learn a lesson from the Satyam Team.
On the whole a very commendable work by the Satyam management for making the user experience comfortable and convenient.
