A hidden gem. They dont announce themselves from the rooftop, they have been operating silently for many decades. A typical Malwani restaurant, you will be enthralled with all their thali options - Chicken, Mutton, Prawns, Fish, Crab. Their Mutton Keema thali is good, the gravy is excellently made with a coconutty base. You have a platter of keema, a small bowl of rassa, white rice, three chapattis, coconut chutney, and a small bowl of solkadi. The flip side is that the thali seems poorly unidimensional - mutton keema, mutton rassa and thats it. A dash of dal, an additional vegetable, or a small bowl of taak could have been more intelligent. Their veg thali with a lot of variety seems more colourful in comparison. Maybe next time.
