SATTA – THE GAME OF POWER, is a story of a woman, **Anuradha
[Raveena Tandon], from a middle class family. Married to Vivek Chauhan [Sameer
Dharmadhikari], ** a rich and a powerful brat who does not pay attention to her
but enjoys his life the way he wants to and changes Anuradha’s life drastically.
One day, she has a fight with her husband who then goes to
a bar and in the excitement kills the bar tender who refuses to serve him the
drink. He get arrested and Anuradha takes over the responsibility of getting
her party to power in the elections on request of her in laws. She wins with help
of her friend {Atul Kulkarni}Yashwant Varde. to Yashwant who from then
becomes her political Guru. Here after her life
changes both personally and professionally. Anu is slowly introduced to
the dirty world of politics by Yashwant in whom Anu completely confides.**What
happens next is to be seen. *
Well as per the cast I
loved Raveena’s acting a lot. she fit right for the character she plays. Atul
is excellent too…. What impressed me much about this movie is woman power. well hope we learn fewe things from movies like this that we cannot have criminals as our leaders and we need someone who will take us to the top.
*In the end I would say that although this movie failed at the box
office but it is sure worth a watch. I Just saw it today again on star
gold.*
