’Satvik’ in Sanskrit means purity and reality! but not anymore. Not after this online shopping site from Indiatimes is named Satvik. They are never for real! A product that I ordered almost a month ago, is yet to arrive(Order 7000036046). Repeated emails/calls to the customer support yielded no result and I’m exactly where I started, just that I lost my money and haven’t got the product yet. I’ve raised refund claims and no one seems to be interested in refunding my money.
This is not a place to buy whatever they claim to sell This is a trap. Be-aware online shoppers. You are to lose your money just in case you get attracted to any of their ads!
