My wife ordered a chyavanprash from satvikshop.com, made payment on 20th december and we are still waiting. called and mailed to customer care atleast 15 times since then and on e-mails there is no reply. upon phone, their database is always down and they promise to call back and its never again.
I suggest to all the review readers of this site not to use satvikshop.com to buy products because they can not provide you support even, timely delivery of your order will something be of your dreams. I am writing this only because people should know about indiatimes shopping group.
The paid 115 bugs are nothing for me, but people should be aware not to waste money on such sites and feel harassed afterwards. there may be some offers running which may save some of your money but these offers will definitely evaporate your blood more than the savings.
This is why my ratings on service and support and content timeliness is not having a single star, although the site is not allowing it so I am giving 1 star.
