Being a first time customer and often wanted to wear a fashion brand, I walked into this store and bought a sari app 20 days back. The design was good, but the quality was 3rd class, the product started deteroriating in less than 2 occ wears. When went back to an alternate store, the saleswomen was very rude.. She refused to entertain my complaint and provided cosmetic solutions only, tried a lot to convince me that I dont know anything about the fabric chars and that i’m creating a fuss.
After lot of search with my freinds, got hold of one idiot lady called shiba in their h.o. She said she’d heading the retail but equally or more rude, plainly denied to look into my concerns, saying she knows already and being a fbric problem I should contact the production duivision to anwer my queries. Even after 6 calls to her, I haven’;t found a solutoin and she’s started ignoring my calls now. If this were the way, I see myself abstaining from buying this third rate product coupled with idiot sales people with an equally idiot manager. Someone please care to pass on the phone number of their chairman. I want to bring this to her notice.
Any suggestion or direct ph no of the chairman of the company would be highly appreciated.
