I am regular user of SIFY iway. And as such the service is OK not very good in most of the iways. But some days mostly sundays I found that the iways are booked fully for some exams and the memebrs are not allowed to browse. This is from morning till 4PM which causes incoveneinece to the users. This will be there in all the centres and hance causes lot of inconvenience.
Hence it is better if way people can make some arrangement so that at least one or two systems are left for regular browswers so that the memebrs dont have to go on searching for the browsing centres. Or atleast leave one centre for the regular browsers. This I have faced 3-4 times in the last 2 or 3 months.
Or let them announce the things in advance or fix the dates on which the exams will be conducdtes so that the customers dont have to go to the centre and come back without browsing.
