I was a subscriber of Satyam dialup connection for more than a year.
During my subscription period, I did not have any great speed (My modem is 56K) and I was facing disconnection, very often.
Later, seeing the performance I thought of changing my ISP and selected VSNL. Now I am really happy with VSNL. VSNL have improved a lot.
If you compare the charges of Satyam towards VSNL, Satyam charges are on the higher scale.
In Satyam’s mail server, I had problems where by I will not be able to download my mails at some times. I was forced to use my webmail to check my mails.
Satyam should improve their service to survive in the market.
