enjoy the surfing experience.
I am an active Internet Surfer for the past three years.
May be a late comer.Experience with the monopoly was painful.No standard.No connectivity.If connected abrupt
disconnection.Download files a startling revelation.
To download a file of 1 MB it took me a fortnight.
Thats a thing of the past.
I switched over to Satyam last year beginning.
The pleasant experience starts with the installation/
updation of the product.A user friendly installation.
The user himself can do it- no need for an expert.
Connectivity is fast reliable.At times I wonder how
Satyam is managing to cater to all the subscribers.
Not a single user I know has any worse experience.A truely
commendable administration.
But a word of caution.Buy the top up or new product
only from an authorised satyam dealer.The freebies
will not reach you unless you ask.Like I purchased
one year Unlimited during this period there was an offer
of Tatafone ( radio/clock cum telephone).Only after
many reminders and months I was able to get one.
Satyam needs to administer this part more businesslike.
Good intentions do not always translate to its logical
end.
Service wise that is what we need Satyam stands high
on the list and with years to come with the stature
and reputation built over the years I am sure Satyam
will always score and Top the charts of reliable fast
ISP.
