No ISP has been impressive from the day the competition has started. VSNL has been consistent with average speedbut when it comes to satyam online.... I am really disappointed with its downloading/surfing speed.All the ISP’s have to gear up to a new level of customer support as well as good service.
it taked me around 5-10 minutes just to log no to yahoo messenger which I guess is pathetic.
in rare case u might get a downloaidng speed of 2mb/sec
i personally think VSNL is better than Satyam... but I still dont recommend VSNl either because in this age u need the speed of a leased line and not mere 2-3 mb/sec dload speed....huh
