Satyam is not a roadside ISP, it is having the quality in it thats why it is the no. 1 ISP of India in todays scenerio.
I was using it personally when the internet itself was young till one year back when I started using it commercially by opening a cyber cafe. and for the last 9 months im even more attached with their service as now they are my ISP for satyam i-way. recently they are moving to broadband and merged all of its branches under one umbrella to become the frontrunner in the field of internet service providers.
Their service is upto the mark, they are willing to change with the times and to stay updated with the times unlike the other companies which want to sell their product and dont bother about customers grieviences. There is always a customer care facility available for every problem of the end users.
It depends on personal experience with som particular problem and may not be from the Company side. So it need not to blame the company for that.
