Customer cheater ISP Award

You must be watching the advertisement ’’Satyam is ISP award winner’’ Do U think satyam is worth for that. Does it passes the award received down to the customer........NOOOOO!!!!!

1.accounting year in INDIA, is 1st April to 31st March.


2.In a day 24 hours is completed from 00hrs to 23hrs, or 1AM to 12.59AM of next day.


3.One month is considered as 7th May to 6th June.

  1. 1st April to 1st April




  2. 00hrs to 24hrs




  3. 7th May to 7th May.

I have purchased 25hours account from the market. This was registered on 21-Feb-2001 at 00:20:57 hrs.


On completion of one month I received reminder call from the satyams representative at 10.30pm on 19th March 2001, saying that my account will expire on 21st Mar 2001. I said him to call me back on 21st as reminder for the renewal process.


Today I found very funny with the satyams management representative. As I was not able to connect satyams account, I used my VSNL’s Dial up account to check the satyams account. This is the information on the satyams website ’’https://customercare.satyam.net.in/’’

Valid Till : 21-MAR-2001 00:20:57


Can u see my account needs to expire on 20 th march at 23.55hrs or 21March 00:20:56 hours.......Further I must have a leverage to my account. As it is expiring on 21 March 2001 then it must expire at 00hrs midnight.


Poor Value Addition to Customers is justified.


Now here the rep says, I am sorry it is problem with the system designed. Is customer responsible for the design of the system...NO. Satyams system is not designed for comfort of customers Here let me get you to your notice, once customer is comfortable with the ISP he is using, next time he will renew the account without difficulty.


Satyams online chat is not functioning at all.....Who is responsible for this, Is satyam or the end user.


Finally can I escalate my problem to higher authority, not at all....No contact telephones....All the website gives access to contact Email or contact form.....


If you call 1-600-333330 in bombay, call is not picked up many times. Why does satyam advertises.


All the above information justifies that Satyam is NOT Customer oriented, neither customer friendly.....It is business oriented for making and snatching money from endusers.
