Satyam has a complicated pricing structure.
It was changed to new system all of a sudden by force.
It included the existing customers as well.
They should have implemented the new pricing fro the new customers only.
For every log on they take One rupee
and every 5 minutes they take one rupee.
The take this amount by reducing about five minutes for every rupee.
I don’t think any other ISP is charging in this way.
What ever money the need, it should be collected when the subscription is sold. I feel that is the right way and the customer won’t feel that he is being cheated by hidden charges.
