Acco. to me, Saurav is a good batsman, especially in the opener’s role in one-day ints. but a not-so-good skipper and leader of men. I think he needs to take a cue from his present rival Shaun Pollock who in a small time of 1 year has matured into a fantastic captain with great leadership qualities. What is lacking in Saurav is patience, tolerance, absolute focus. He should not be biased towards any one player during his role as a selector on foreign trips. He should also learn to respect his seniors as this will stand him in good stead in the future.
