India Pakistan match as usual comes with a lot of changes in the TEAM...This match would be a dreadful nightmare for a cricketeer or a blissful Dream for Another... After the first defeat in a test match and that too in their own soil and that too after nearly 50 years Pakistan went haywire..
That could easily be seen in the changes they made in the second test match..I read an interesting article where Shoaib Akhtar had said that he was not interested in playing the second test for the betterment of the team..SO one can understand the trauma which he is going thru..especially after that battering from Sehwag and Co..It has really made the best and the so called famous fast bowler Who only speaks speed.. Slow down and make way for others..
The second test started with a Bang for the Pakis ..they made a real comeback and Umar Gul their replacement for shabbir ahmed reallY showed that pace is not the thing important for getting wickets but discipline Is...by cleaning the cream of the Indian Eleven..He claimed 5 good wickets...and India were 146/7 at one stage ...The final score read 287..If u are a great cricket lover and U have been watching India play all throughout ur life U would be Startled at the score ..Yes the Tailenders ..Well I cant call them tailenders anymore.. gave a good fight ..
Earlier we could have easily assumed that India would really struggle to pass the 150 barrier even with 3 wickets to spare due to the tailenders we had earlier..But Team India now has really improved a lot..Pathan unfortunately missed his first half century in Test cricket although registered his highest score..He got out on a wonderfully well played 49...But he gave a very good support to Yuvraj who was the only recognised batsman at the crease at that period..Not only did the partnership help India Get a respectable total But also Helped Yuvraj register his maiden CENTURY in a test match.. Yuvraj really played a gem of an ining before he got out to the only hindu player in Pakistani side Danish Kaneria..
Now this innings of YUvraj has made a lot of thinking to make for the Indian Camp with the Main Skipper ..Yes The one and Only Sourav DADA making a comeback in the third test. Yuvraj was the replacement for our Sourav dada..but now since the doctors have declared Sourav to be fit for the third test..Someone has to make a move for Him... THE BIG QUESTION IS ’’WHOZ THAT GONNA BE’’.. With Yuvraj playing such a wonderful innings And being in such a good form ..I really doubt he making a way for the skipper...But IF Not he then Who else..Now the selection boils down to two people..
Aakash Chopra ..who hasnt performed that well..but had been involved in good partnerships with Sehwag And VVS Laxman who has had a quiet series .. But VVS Laxman has really come well in the final One day against Paksitan where he was awarded the Man of the Match and was a revealation against the aussies in Tests..
SO Its really a Difficult Job for the selectors... The only other option would be to make Dravid keep wickets for the TESTS as well..which is very unlikely..BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT DADA has in his mind and also the team management ..SO lets wait and watch ..Who is made a scape goat...LET Whatever be the team selection I will JUST PRAY FOR TEAM INDIA TO WIN THE SERIES and make a history..
