Worst cab service in India. Unprofessional and useless. I’m appalled at the behavior of your call center representatives. You promptly ask for feedback, well here it is.
You are the worst service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I booked a cab two days in advance. It was confirmed on email. Half an hour before the cab’s arrival I haven’t heard from you. So I call. This time you tell me that cabs are not available in Kolkata.
Why? No reason. So I asked why you didn’t inform me in advance. Reason - technical error. The system didn’t inform you of my booking. WHAT?! No apologies have been given yet.
To make matters worse, you went and cancelled my other bookings as well! Are you insane? Is this how you run a business? Another company that needs to pack up and go home.
