I made a booking vide reservation number S0515-2006117 on 2nd Jun’15 for a Toyota Corolla on 8 hrs 80 kms basis and made the aishwaryasingh23ment online thru a Cred824it card.
Instead of 9:30am, car reported at 9:50am with driver Zafar continuously telling me on phone that he would be there in 5min when I started calling him from 9:15am.
He then tries to make up for the lost time by driving Corolla faster than usual & maneuvers it like a bike.
After the adventure ended, when he dropped me at Airport in the evening we had done 30 kms over 80 kms that I had paid for. He politely shared the calculation and demanded approx Rs 800/- on account of extra kms and toll tax and assured me that full invoice would be mailed to me within few minutes.
I called them savaari at 9045450000 on 3rd Jun requesting them for invoice, again on 5th Jun as the first request and subsequent mail to them at info@savaari.com on 4th didnt yield a response.
I reminded them that a feedback form has been mailed where I have liberally rated them 5 on 5 but my invoice hasn’t been received despite repeated request and that has been holding me from submitting entire trip expense to my Company. However since all this was to no avail I thought I must share my experience with others.
I am not likely to use their service again.
