I booked the cab for 2.20 AM on Feb 15th from BIAL. I reached on time after a very long international journey and was totally tired and was waiting for the call from driver till 2.40 AM. Then I called up the driver at 2.40 to check if he has really come around. He didnt pick up the call. Was helpless after many attempts to reach him.
Then called up the customer care in Delhi, they did not respond properly and asked to call Moradabad customer care. Even they played around. At about 3.20 AM they asked me to wait for about another 1 hour so that they ll arrange another cab. I was totally trapped. Being so tired in the early hours, I was totally helpless.
The worst part is I paid the full amount online while booking 2 days before my due travel. They give offers for very cheap travel from airport to anywhere in Bangalore. But one of their employee itself told that its their strategy to convert Black to White.
I would never recommend Savaari to any one. Be cautious and use proven service like Meru or Fasttrack or KSTDC. Never ever try to travel to Airport or railway station using Savaari because the cab never comes.
