I booked the taxi for morning 7.30 am on 2 Dec to pick up and to drop at Air port and I paid advance payment as well. But till 7.15 am I did not have any driver details.
So, I called customer service and they informed he will be coming in 15 minutes and no call. Then, I called again but still same answer and when was worried I called again they told me we can not arrange taxi now wait for 2 hours and when was angry they disconnected phone.
I tried again to speak then another person told same old story taxi break down so sorry but can you imagine I missed the flight because stupid service from Savaari and I had to take another flight because of these bad services and I send many mails no reply nor any person call to say sorry.
I lost 7000 rupees because of Savaari. SO PLEASE MY ADVICE NEVER TAKE TAXI FROM SAVAARI, if you take risk then it is up to you my friends.
