I had done a booking for Mahabaleshwar from Mumbai for 3 days, on 22nd Dec. Got a call at 2.00 AM in the night when I have to leave by 6.30 AM in the morning that your booking is cancelled. Have even paid half the amount as advance.
No escalation mechanism except for the call center no, which is of no use as the same cannot be used for escalating to senior responsible person.
Would request if some one can share owners numbers, at least I can talk to them for their own improvement in service.
Today they lost a loyal customer.
