Nightmarish experience with Savaari.com. they claim to specialize in providing outstation cab services. Please do not use their services:
I had a vey bad experience with them in my recent private trip to Delhi with my family. Here is the brief:
At the time of booking in writing theyt told me in writing in the mail below that all payments will be made to the driver after trip is complete, on the contrary driver demanded 75-80% as advance and Savaari supported that.
The condition of the car was pathetic It ran more than 265000 km. On the very first day I complained about the AC and they said it would improve the next day! Actually the next day the AC completely broke down! Driver wanted money to repair the AC. More than an hour we were without AC in 46 degree C Agra temperature .
On the last day Brake failed. The car ran for 10 km on handbrake to the next service station; We lost another 1.5 hrs in the Repair shop. When I informed them about the seriousness about the matter, they said "it can happen". Driver said we do not maintain regular service records of the car.
Also on the drop to airport drive informed me steering had developed problem!
On coming back to Bangalore when I informed their office about all these, what all I got were all flowery emails and Rs 1000 discount promise on my next trip with them!
