I had booked a ride from Yerpedu to Chennai and shared my location 1.5 hours in advance. Just 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup, I was informed that the local vendor is 90 km away and the driver cannot make it. This is absolutely unacceptable. Such last-minute cancellations show a complete lack of coordination and accountability.
Because of this blatant miscommunication, I was at risk of missing my flight. To make matters worse, the customer service executiveMr. Abhishekflatly refused to offer any meaningful assistance. This level of service is not only disappointing but downright irresponsible.
