This is a company of cheaters, Stay away from them. I’ll tell you how they cheat customers. Suppose you call them to book taxi, they will say that taxi will be max 2-3 years old. What they do is that they renew the registration after few years of running and than claim that it’s a renewed vehicle and only 2-3 years old. For ex. your are booking in 2016, they will send you a vehicle with 2010 model, with renewed registration in 2015 and will shamelessly claim that it’s a 1 year old vehicle, even though the vehicle will have 220, 000 KM on it. For this they say that taxi runs 1 Lacs KM per year, hence the mileage is more. I personally had this issue while taking a taxi from Ahmedabad. They have very pathetic vendors with all old cars. It’s better to take the car from a local vendor after inspecting the vehicle. If you book thru Savaari you will get stuck as they ask for advance payment. They won’t even talk to you properly after you make the payment. One more thing at the time of booking I was told that I can pay by credit card for fuel payments but Driver created lot of problems as he wanted cash. There is no coordination between them. This not a good branded company, it’s like a typical local Indian Thug(Lootera). Don’t think that you will get peace of mind and hassle free travel after booking from them. It’s actually reverse, you will get more hassled.l This company is doomed, STAY AWAY.
