We have booked Savaari taxi for our(UK customer) pickup from Taj Westend to our office in Bangalore for 10th and 11th Oct, Booking reference S1214-1639945.
But Savaari is spoiled our customer trip business to India, all the way they come from UK to India(Bangalore) for business trip, and for simply because of taxi they have not reached our office on time, and it got spoiled all our plane.
On 10th the driver is pickup from Taj to our office and while going back I asked driver for tomorrows pickup, and he said yes sir I am only going to pickup for tomorrow that is 11th Oct.
I instructed driver to report at 7:30 AM and he said ok, also same time I called Savaari to double confirmation and they also told me to instruct directly to driver, so I done the same.
But today morning for once again confirmation, I call driver at 6AM but not answering my call, and I tried continually from 6AM but there was no answer.
I also texted message to him, at the same time I called Savaari 24/7 helpline, that also took some time to answer my call, and finally they told I will check and call you back, but there was no proper answer, and again I called them after 5 mins and they told we have informed local office at Bangalore.
They will arrange the taxi that time was 8 AM. When they will arrange taxi? What is the value for our customer coming from UK to India all the way?
At 7.30 AM our guest was waiting at Hotel lobby for taxi and I got a call saying that where is taxi? What can I answer for them? Can you able to give me answer?
Finally the driver called me at 8 AM, and telling sir check with Savaari they have arranged other driver for your guest pickup, but finally there was no any taxi, is this is the service your Savaari is providing?

Still I have not got my money back, it is completing four months, I am behind with Savaari, but there is no use, worst service it is, I am waiting for bill and my refund amount.
