While the booking was easy and advance payment was taken. when we reached the destination we need to call and wait for the driver where as it was promised that the driver will be waiting for us in airport. we are shocked after looking at the vehicle condition as it was below stranded . we have paid for 14 seater and we got 10 seater Tempo traveler. the seats quality is pathetic. the tempo traveler was modified and different from the regular tempo . there is no leg room between the seats and all the push backs for all the 10 seats are not working. the maintenance inside the vehicle was very poor all the seats were dusty and torn, the driver hasn’t cleaned the vehicle and engine was making lot of noice and shock absorbs are not working. this is the condition of the vehicle what we have received. we called the Savariwala for replacement of this vehicle and waited in Ahmadabad for almost 3 hours but got a response "we are looking the issue" .We have started as we didn’t get any response from Savariwala travels and traveled to Gir forest and it took 12 hours to cover 400 kilometers. we had to change the vehicle at Dwaraka because of the poor condition of the vehicle. there was no response from Savariwala after calling multiple timings. The Tempo owner was calling us multiple times demanded for more money and threatening us and we have received a call from local police station demanding to pay more money to the owner. where in we are no where direct contact with the owner . This has caused a lot of mental tension and change in our travel plan and 30000 rupees more money for rest of our tour. we have booked from Ahmadabad and the owner was demanding money from Rajkot which is 250 kilometer more from what we have traveled.
I would recommend Savariwala to address the all above mentioned issues and provide better service. it will be very difficult to face such issues in a new place where we don’t belong to and travel with kids and older people.
