I have booked two prepaid bookings from savaari.com, from "Singapoore Township To Airport" and "Airport To Singapoore Township" in Hyderabad.
I booked these bookings before 12 days of my journey and I got the confirmation mail.
But on my journey day brfore 5 hours, I got call from Hyderabad office that we can’t send any cab because no driver wants to go there, so we are cancelling your booking.
I was in office that time and I have to manage my ride because my flight was there.Second booking I have cancelled due to this incident.
After 1 month I called them for my refund amt but the call center have taken so much time and no response from them.
No my refund amt also with savaari.com and they are not refundinth the amt even I have provided my transaction and confirmation mails to them. So plz plz plz don’t go for any ride from svaari.com.
