I am giving one star for all your service, customer service, car quality, Driver, and Driver-owner, it is worst service in SAVAARI, especially Hyderabad customer service,
It is first my time booking in SAVAARI I expect that we will get a good car and good service from you, but its totally waste service from you and your car driver, owner of the car. coming to the point. I booked a cab for round trip from Hyderabad to Karimnagar & Karimnagar to Hyderabad.

They provided the worst car with no AC and my pick up time is 8:00 am but driver came at 8:15
When we started from HYD to KNR it was going all well, we had breakfast and lunch
After completing our work in Karimnagar we returned to Hyderabad. travailing somewhere, we told diver to stop the car for a tea break in PREGNAPUR village, after tea, the car was not starting and even self-start also not working, luckily we stopped in the village where we got mechanic & he told that there is a battery problem but that mechanic man did some work. we paid the amount to him, self-start is not working so the diver told us to push down the car & our family pushed the car and its started.
After that we reached to WARGAL village we went to SRI VIDYA SARASWATHI TEMPLE, after darshan we came to the car he starts and again we started our journey and suddenly car totally broke in the middle of the road interline place no street lights and no single person on that road its round 7; 30 pm, driver called the car owner and he was helpless for customer, driver just thinking about he car and ower, did not call SAVAARI Customer service also, and we called SAVAARI CUSTOMER we had talked to person
They told me they will confirm another car in 20 min but after 45min I did’t get any call from SAVAARI and again we called customer service. again they told us they couldn’t find cabs it takes time to confirm car. our family stuck in the interline area. waiting for 2 hours, but some village guys came to helps us, thanks to those village guys for help and car was started we reached to Hyderabad, we informed SAVAARI that I don’t pay single rupee to driver, after reaching home the driver was demanding to pay full amount, I told to driver SAVAARI SERVICE told did not pay. but the drive talk very badly and shouting to pay and final the driver taken amount(1000) rupees,
finally, my experience with SAVAARI service and the Car driver is worst.
I will never book a car from SAVAARI they are Totally commercial & they don’t care about customers safety. they provided me worst car NO AC,
