Hopeless app , paid for 2 tops no order was generated and on seeking help from customer support no solution was provided. I have placed an order on 25th for a black top @662 /- and purple sweater on 27th nov for 1475/- . No order number generated and no news on the product. On reaching customer care the staff kept asking same question for 40 mins without a solution and also took my contact number and said they are not allowed to call customer as per policy . Wonder why did she have to take the number in the 1st place . Photos of order and gpay transaction to savana is shared for reference. Either pls help with order or give the money back . Pls do not fool customers.
