This ia u doubtedly one of the best war movies ever made.right from the begining it attracta the viewrs so much that you cant help yourself but to admire the most brilliantly executed opening scene of all war dramas. As expected from the duo of Steven Speilburg and Tom Hanks, this movie was slow going yet interesting.very preecisely showing effects of the war and struggle the soldiers have to face in the battlefield as well as their families back home.very classy acting, beautiful make up and direction, despite having not much of content in the screenplay to offer but yet satisfying. The powerful back ground scores have also added an extra charm to the greatness of the movie.overall it gave us an terrifying yet most realistic close up of the battlefield we could have.
