Savvy, a monthly women’s magazine has come a long way. From projecting an image of the rebellious woman, it surely has sobered down considerably. But since the beginning it has lacked content. No doubt the savvy woman is something to forward to. But what about the rest. I dont intend wasting my money on reading just the cover story. On content I think Femina scores. With a variety of topics covered, both serious and light, its worth Rs. 30. So do Cosmopolitan and Elle. They have the right amount of spice and flavour to make reading worthwhile. Savvy definately needs to revamp its image to match with these other magazines. Especially its layouts.
