Sbrrao is growing slowly across Mumbai. They have opened little food court stalls/cafes in famous malls in Mumbai. This joint is situated at Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai.
Food
Pizzas at Sbarro are usually very nice. I love their Stuffed Chicken crust pizza which is full of flavor, deep and is really tasty. The Garlic pizza is biggest disappointment. The pizza is dry; it does look tempting but does not stand to its promises. Their prices are too high for their portion sizes that even if you wish to have one more slice you will not go for that. Their food quality is good but the prices charged are totally unjustifiable.
Ambiance
The ambiance is good, particularly they have dined in. But the problem is that they did not maintain it properly and also they leave tables sticky.
Staff service
Service provided by them also not up to the mark. The greeting and yelling has become old technique to make your customer happy. They should try something else. Also Service can sometimes be slow .Staff does not communicate very well.
Price
The price charged at this place is approx. 3 times higher than other pizza joint. Sbrrao should reduce their prices if they want to be in market because other joints serves same thing at less cost then why will people come to Sbrrao.
Final word
The major drawback of Sbrrao is that they have kept prices of their items so high that many customers will not go there. And those who go there will feel like they have not got their money’s value. If in your pocket you have lots of money and pizza is your favorite dish then only come here.
