I have been a loyal customer of SBI card for the past 6 years and during this time, they have not increased my credit limit by even 1 rupee. Despite multiple requests and submitting all required documents, my credit limit has remined stagnant.
I’ve wasted countless hours calling their customer service and trying to resolve the issue, but to no avail, its disappointing to see such poor customer service from reputed bank like SBI. I would not recommend SBI card to anyone looking for credit card with a flexible credit limit. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options available in the market.
