Have a trading account. Because of change in SEBI rules, demat account has been moved from SBI to SBI Caps(as banks cant do demat services) on 1-7-2016. Since, then I havent been able to make sale transactions thru online or phone trading.
I have made several complaints. There has been no response. It is difficult to reach Customer Service over phone. But, I managed to get them twice after several attempts and conveyed my problems. It is more than a month and it is yet to be resolved.
