I purchased "Long term Home Insurance Policy " from SBI General, as I have been informed this is mandatory as per State Bank Of India.
Now I changed my loan tenure from 30 yrs to 15yrs, hence I want to make change to premium paid towards home insurance.
I sent mail to customer care a month back and dropped couple of reminders, spoke to representatives thrice. I have been hearing I will receive call back from backend team. Its been 15 days no call tille date.
If this is going to be the response, Just thinking how the response is going to be if I would have submitted any claim. SICK SBI GENERAL.
Just wondering does back end team actually exists or simply wasting time on this
