SBI Hoam Loan:
My Home loan is running from last 7 Years.
My Cibil Score is above 750.
I never defaulted to pay any EMI.
My existing loan interest rate is: 9.25%
I have Home loan from other Bank as well for other property.
They are private Bank, but interest rate is 8.4% to 8.90%.
I tried to reduce my SBI home loan interest rate, applied for same to the loan disbursement Branch Manager.
From last 7 months the processing is going on, I have sent atleast 12 mails in last 7 months.
Everytime they show some different reason and delay the completion process.
Rather they increased my existing loan interest rate from 9.10% to 9.25%.
And now they are saying, They have order to pause the existing applications for interest rate reduction.
