I had made ATM Transaction using IRCTC Credit Card on HDFC Bank ATM, Chanda Nagar BR, Hyderabad at 2nd June 2017.
At the first time ATM was unable to process my request, but the second time I have to try withdrawn an amount of 8, 000/- at that time transaction is proceed but I never get my money.3rd time I tried to draw money 3000/-, It was Successful transaction and I get the money and message also, 4th time I tried to draw money 8000/- It is also a success and I get the message also but I never get my money from ATM.
As of now only one transaction is done successfully that is 3000/- in my hand when I reached home and try to check my balance of SBI Credit Card It will show like that
2 time 8000/- debited and total transaction’s tax 4 so that 4 times 345 Rupees Debited
Immediately I called the SBI Customer Care Centre, their people said wait for 2 days it will be credited
Next day, when I checked my balance of Credit Card it will show one 8000/- is credited along with tax of 345 but Second
or another 8000/- still pending and 2 times service tax also debited 690/-, total 8690 debited from my account becoz of ATM Failular,
After that I put mail to SBI Customer Care, 2day later I got 8000 but 690 still pending this amout form Service tax and ATM usage,
