Sbi is undoubtedly india’s best bank over the years. But with its life insurance policy I am very much disappointed.
It does not have a variety of schemes due to which customers suffers a lot. The insurance ajents do not have the proper knowledge of the policies. So I was unable to understand the policy schemes.
The company manages a lot sum of money as emi for its customers. The claim settlement is very difficult because of the hidden terms and conditions.
The customer service support of the company is also very poor. They do not answer tge queries of the customers.
I am giving two out of the five stars to sbi life insurance.
