Who ever reads these comments...want to tell them that If they deal with SBI Life...They are bound to face biggest nightmares in customer service. These guys are totally irresponsible towards customer complaints. As if there is no body to here you after paying your hard earned money as premium.
I took this policy from them of which I recieved the documents after 3.5 Months!!!!!!
I did the medials initially but after a month the advisor told me that the co has lost the medical reports so i’ll have to go for the medicals again. He also promised that now I’ll get the policy in 10 days macimum. I said Okay...i appeared for the medicals again. You guys wont believe...10 days past and these guys did not give any reverts whatsoever. I kept on following. after 2 Months of doing my second medials I got the policy.
i lost value of my policy in terms of NAV since it was a unit linked...in three months the nav rose by 3.5 Rs per unit...and I Lost approximately 3500 rs.
I am so pissed off by the services that I am not going to pay the premium again..and would like to caution you people reading this review that dont go ever to SBI Life for any of your insurance needs...
