I planned to invest in SBI shubh nivesh last year and had done lot of r& d before going ahead. These are some of the facts which I want to inform you guys.
1) Before you submit the documents they call you every day and the support team addresses almost every question and doubts you have. They even give one of their supervisors number. This supervisor will receive each and every call and will be very polite.
2) They will send one of the executive’s to get the documents and signatures. This executive will explain the scheme only if you ask and will try to hide lot of facts. They will ask you to sign in multiple page’s and in case you have any doubts they will imidiatly call the supervisor and he will try to convince you.
3) They will promise that you will get the best interest and they will only talk about the best possible interest rate but will never explain the probable loss. They will tell it depends on market conditions and the market has favourable conditions now.
4) once you have provided the cheques and submitted the documents, you will receive the agreement after 10 days and it will show you a completely different picture.
5) Now you keep calling and supervisor will never pick the call. They are done with the business and you should be ready for continuous torture from the customer support.
