I will share my experience about the sbi pay app. The experience about sbi pay app is very bad, my so many money was waste, to activated this app. When I m using this app, first time, I enter my number which is register with my bank details, but after entering my number, the OTP received to me and OTP charge was deducted from my balance many times and after that, the app stop it. Then again I do it then again same problem must be appear. The process was not stop at that stage just beacuse of app problem. The concept of the app was very nice, but they do much better and make it freely, but the concept of OTP charge deducted from user account was very worst think. The layout and design was very poor, the interface was not also good to use it. In this app, only upi addresses must be generated for online transcations only. This app is unuseful for me, for using it one more extra app. I have already net banking facilities and debit, I must prefer that option except this one.
