Hello everyone today i’m sharing my personal experience about SBI Pay app.
Concept- concept of this app is average. This app is released by State Bank of India. I have account in SBI. That’s why I downloaded this app. This app is a worst app I’ve ever seen in my life. This app is very slow in processing. This app shows too much ads. Takes too much time to show the transactions. I have done complaints for many time in the branch of SBI and customer care. But they don’t take any action on this issue.
Layout & design- layout of this app is average to use. Easy interface for users. Easy to understand. Design of this app is also not bad.
Features- features of this app are not bad. But this app needs more improvement to satisfy it’s users. Processor of this app is very slow. Takes too much to loading.
Usefulness- this app is a useless app. Nothing is useful in this app. This app needs more improvement. So please don’t download this app.
