I am having an SBI account for almost 2 to 2.5 years and when I opened an account I found that this banking has good facilities than other banks and that was true. But nowadays management of this bank is getting worse and worse. Especially in case of online transactions or net banking, this bank has the worst management. Recently I borrowed a kit from a branch of sbi for the purpose of activating my net banking. And they gave me username and password and I tried to open my account on their website but it was continuously showing that the password is incorrect and then after I attempted for the third time, they just deactivated my account. I really got paranoid but I tried it again the second day and the result was same. I mean how can that password be wrong. And not in just my case, my friend had the same experience. If anyone is reading my review from sbi then please do something for this issue.
