I would like to talk more about sbi banking and service and about online banking. I am so much frustrated about this bank. I to share the experience with the SBI, please read the above email so you will get to know
Dear SBI MAnasultangement,
Since we have no option to get a good service with SBI I have decided to communicate this matter, and about your service by writing email. We are very much frustrated with your banking services since long time even though we are using SBI since we did not have options but now we have option and better service available too, with other banks in the city and market. Now let me explain you our concern, First of all we are very much frustrated with your banking service, like cash deposit, internet banking and "STAFF" behaviour. before I explain you anything let me make you guys realize something " WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY FREE SERVICE FROM SBI nor SBI PROVIDING TO THERE CUSTOMERS" if I am not wrong. The point is even after we are paid customers to the bank than why the hell are we not getting better service like we expected.Now let me come to the matter. Today my mother has deposited 1000 Rs in her account which is really big amount for customer like us and with her permission I tried to transfer the money to my citi bank account using IMPS facility and which is not been transferred yet, hope you guys are not linked IMPS services with "RTGS/NEFT", if that is the case I would understand it will take time. now its been more than more than 2 hours and the transaction is completed yet.
Now It is really emergency that I have to aishwaryasingh23 my exams fee using that money by end of today if not I will be in very big trouble, if I do not aishwaryasingh23. I am so much and so much concerned about bank and the staff and mAnasultangement and services, this being so careless on the services I am so unhappy today. I dot know how to express my frustration. we trusted your bank and the service this is the mistake we made and finally we are putting ourself down by trusting your bank and services. just because of this I have to go under lot of consequences. if you really want us to stay with you please reply me with the positive feedback. I want you guys to get this done by end of today . its a request I can not bare this any more with your bank. if the issue is not resolved we have almost 15 -20 accounts from SBI from channarayapatna branch from all our family members and I will make sure that I will help them to withdraw the banking service from your bank and we will look something better and I will put this in all review web site and in social media about your services. This would be escalated in high priority if issue not resolved. I need an reply ASAP.
Its not only me who is facing this problem. lot of us are facing the same problem with your bank.
