State bank of India credit card website https://sbicard.com is the worst website I have ever seen.It rarely works.Many links return no information.The information’s are rarely up dated.Highly user un-friendly.GE is the service provider and they are simply useless.
Call center keeps you on hold for 10 to 15 minutes to answer a call and then finally telling we are like that where a debit entry happens immediate and a credit entry takes 2 days.They never bother to reply the complains.The SBI also cares a fig for it as they are another lethargic organization like Govt
