I am a SBI Credit Card Holder.
I made a solicitation to transfer my other bank’s charge card parity to SBI Credit Card on December 31, 2015 through online and the same was acknowledged which will be paid through check.
This check must be conveyed to me in 5 working days according to the data got from SBI Customer Care, today it is February 19, 2016 despite everything I have not got it.
I raised a few solicitations by calling SBI Customer service, through sends furthermore at last sent a mail to SBI Nodal Officer and the answer I got was the above said check was conveyed to Mr. Ashwaq and now my SBI Credit Card proclamation demonstrates the sum specified in the check as over due.
If it’s not too much trouble resolve my issue and persuade the sum to be returned back to my SBI Credit Card.
