I took this card since I got an offer from SBI for a free credit card without any charges.
All these years I had not been charged any kind of annual fees, then suddenly this year I was charged annual fees of Rs.1500+G.S.T. to which I wrote to them that why all these annual fees all of a sudden to which they replied.*

This is how they changed my query into a suggestion! In the latter part of their email this was given : (If you are not satisfied with the response, you can write in to AVP, Customer Service, head.sbicards@ge.com using the same subject line. You will receive a response within 3 working days.)
I sent an email to this address on 13th Aug 08 (My due date was 20th Aug 08) but I did not receive any reply within the stipulated 3 working days and now my due date has passed and late payment fees have been applied in my next bill.This is how the customer care of SBI is. Now I am planning to cancel my card.
