I have taken SBI visa credit card few months ago, but I am totally disappointed with this service.because whenever I had some queries or I was confused, I tried to reach customer care. But I never able to talk with any person regarding my problem and same case with toll free number of company.
I am still thinking if the company dont want to give such facility and services then why they give commitments about quality service.And just because of my some confusions, I have just stopped using my SBI visa credit card. And believe me you will also get such results, if you will take this credit card.
