I recently met SBI cards sales executive in amanora mall Pune. The executive told me features of card and told that it’s completely free. Also I’ll be getting JBL headphones the next day. After couple of days I got a call from SbI and I was told that I’ll be getting two headphones Jbl and One plus by courier. It’s almost a month I have not received the headphones and sales executive is saying that you can close the card. Also I am charged RS. 499 + gst. Though verification departmemt told me that there are charges. Still my question is why sales executive is giving false information.? And my complaint against him is declined
