Its the worst Customer Care services for SBI Credit Card. Minimum 20 minutes waiting time for connecting to customer care and after waiting the call may get disconnected automatically. And the response from Customer Care Executive was really Horrible.
Kept on hold for more than 20 mins and disconnected the call. Going to deactivate the credit card. I don’t suggest anyone to take this SBI credit card.
